I ordered from New China 2 on Grubhub and received the wrong entree! I called the restaurant since it was only about a half an hour until they closed and the woman who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. She said her boss would redeliver the correct entree for me within 15-20 mins. The redelivered order arrived promptly within that time and I enjoyed my appetizer while I waited. The entree was well worth waiting for as well. I appreciate the kindness and delicious food and will certainly be back despite the mishap considering how gracefully they handled the situation.

Always consistently get a tasty meal. I also ask for substitutions and they always pull through. Great place for good amount of food for the price!

Honestly, I'm surprised at all the 1-2 star reviews. But this is my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered on Uber Eats and I was happy with my order. I ordered general tso tofu, veggie fried rice, and veggie egg rolls. They all tasted good. The general tso tofu could use a little spiciness (there was none at all) but I added some hot chili sauce and it was fine. I would order again.

Great food at a good price. This place has been our go to Chinese delivery for about 2 years now. We have enjoyed everything that we have ordered thus far. They have good coupons and ordering by the phone reduces the cost as well. The egg rolls are great and my girlfriend loves the wonton soup and the hunan beef. We just ordered Beef Chow Fun for the first time and it was excellent. I've had both the General Tso's Chicken and the Empress chicken. Both have been very good, and both have very distinct sauces and flavors. (With some other Chinese delivery in the past, I've felt like the sauces have been overly similar, not the case here). The Empress chicken has nice big chunks of white meat. They also have excellent customer service. We placed an order on Christmas day this year, and we ended up with the wrong order. We called back and they offered to remake the correct order, but they requested that we pick it up since they were so busy with other deliveries. Instead, they said we could defer the delivery to a later date and they would deliver it, which was great! (We ended up eating the misdelivered food in the meantime, the Sesame chicken was good but I personally didn't care for the Chicken Kow). They were kind on the phone when I called back to explain that situation, and they remembered the issue anyways and happily put the order in. The food was delivered quickly and the driver refused the tip. All around, we were very happy with how they handled the situation. It's unfortunate we got the wrong order but, with how busy they must have been on Christmas, we didn't mind. They certainly made the situation right. We'll be continuing to order from here!

My favorite Chinese food. Everything I have ever had from here is great. The sweet and sour chicken is amazing, and I love the kung pao chicken. Veggies are fresh, food is never greasy. If you want classic Americanized Chinese food this is the spot.

This showed up on Uber eats so we took a chance and placed an order. It seemed like the food was freshly prepared and appropriately packaged. The order was accurate and delivered quickly. It was still hot when it was delivered. We ordered won ton soup with noodles and shrimp, shrimp with lobster sauce, chicken and rice soup and teriyaki chicken skewers. Each dish was delicious. They didn’t use cheap ingredients and had generous portions. We will be ordering again and frequently!
